Fix terminal names on work-print PDFs using the KMZ as the source of truth. Upload both files, check the names, change any that are wrong, and download the redlined PDF with its QC sheet. Nothing to install.
Examples use made-up routes and terminal names.
It finds the terminal from the LAT & LONG printed beside it and takes the name of the KMZ terminal at that spot. The old name is struck through in red, the new one written beside it, and the route stays as printed.
Every place the same terminal is named — callout and detail box, on every sheet — gets the same correction, so the set stays consistent.
It trusts the location, not the printed text. When a label doesn’t match the terminal it sits on, the row is flagged for you instead of guessing — nothing changes until you approve it.
| Page | Route | Old | Corrected | Dist. | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12 | 3105 | @101 | @218NE | 29 ft | AUTO |
| 12 | 3105 | @102 | @224ND | 7 ft | AUTO |
| 14 | 3106 | @103 | @150BB | 31 ft | REVIEW |
| 15 | 3107 | @301 | @185BB | — | MANUAL |
You get the redlined PDF plus a QC sheet with route and terminal in separate columns, the distance to the KMZ terminal, a confidence score and notes. Names you type in are kept and marked as your edits.
To change a name, click its box in Corrected terminal, type the new name and press Enter. Enter saves and moves down a row, Esc undoes the typing, and a blank box leaves the label unchanged. Changes are remembered for this work print.
